The Readys: Halloween & Random Pics

So, 19 months is pretty much the worst time to take a child trick or treating. They are mobile and everywhere, but have no idea what trick or treating is. The costume is only annoying and confusing, and all their parents are doing is snapping photos of the turmoil. Our neighborhood does a small party at the dead end with pizza & goodies before the kiddos set off for their candy. We set off with the Moores and the Smiths for trick or treating. After 4 houses, a broken planter bulb, 3 meltdowns, 6 falls, and 4 chases, we called it a night and went home. We ran out of candy and had to give the little bit that Luke had received out. We didn't even get his candy after all that!!!! Luke did make the most adorable little astronaut you've ever seen, not counting the previous owner of the costume, Joseph Magaro, of course ;) I think the joke "Luke is just lost in space" when he would wander off randomly got a little old, but it was fun.
